SEC. 8422. BUDGET NEUTRALITY ADJUSTMENT FOR CERTIFIED REGISTERED NURSE ANESTHETISTS. (a) In General.—Section 18330)(3)(B) of the Social Security Act (42 U.S.C. 13951(1)(3)(B)) is amended by inserting “plus applicable coinsurance” after “would have been paid”. (b) Effective Date.—The amendment made by subsection (a) shall become effective as if included in the amendment made by section 9320(e)(2) of the Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act of 1986.
