SEC. 7203. INCREASE IN MAXIMUM PERMITTED SUBSIDIARY REMUNERATION. (a) In General.—The second paragraph of section 1(k) is amended by striking out “$10” and inserting “$15” in lieu thereof. (b) Effective Date.—The amendment made by this section shall take effect on July 1, 1988.
