EARNINGS OF DISABILITY ANNUITANTS.

SEC. 7303. EARNINGS OF DISABILITY ANNUITANTS. (a) In General.—Section 2(e)(4) of the Railroad Retirement Act of 1974 is amended— (1) by striking out “$200 in earnings” and inserting in lieu thereof “$400 in earnings (after deduction of disability related work expenses)”; (2) by striking out “$2,400” each place it appears and inserting in lieu thereof “$4,800 (after deduction of disability related work expenses)”; (3) by striking out “$200” each place it appears and inserting in lieu thereof “$400”; and (4) by striking out “$100” and inserting in lieu thereof “$200”. (b) Effective Date.—The amendments made by this section shall apply with respect to months in calendar years beginning after December 31, 1988.
