Federal Judicial Center Salaries and Expenses For necessary expenses of the Federal Judicial Center, as authorized by Public Law 90–219, $21,440,000; of which $1,800,000 shall remain available through September 30, 2005, to provide education and training to Federal court personnel; and of which not to exceed $1,000 is authorized for official reception and representation expenses.118 STAT. 79
