Extension of Guarantee Authority.

Sec. 211. Extension of Guarantee Authority. (a) In General.—Section 101(k) of the Emergency Steel Loan Guarantee Act of 1999 (Public Law 106–51; 15 U.S.C. 1841 note) is amended by striking “2003” and inserting “2005”.(b) Salaries and Expenses.—In addition to funds made available under section 101(j) of Emergency Steel Loan Guarantee Act of 1999 (15 U.S.C. 1841 note), up to $2,000,000 in funds made available under section 101(f) of such Act may be used for salaries and administrative expenses to administer the Emergency Steel Loan Guarantee Program.
