Federal Payment for Hospital Bioterrorism Preparedness in the District of Columbia For a Federal payment to the District of Columbia Department of Health to support hospital bioterrorism preparedness in the District of Columbia, $7,500,000, of which $3,750,000 shall be for the Children’s National Medical Center in the District of Columbia for the expansion of quarantine facilities and the establishment of a decontamination facility, and $3,750,000 shall be for the Washington Hospital Center for construction of containment facilities.
