REGIONAL PROGRAMS FOR EAST ASIA AND THE PACIFICSec. 556. Funds appropriated by this Act under the heading “Economic Support Fund” that are requested for “Regional Democracy” assistance for East Asia and the Pacific shall be made available for the Human Rights and Democracy Fund of the Bureau for Democracy, Human Rights and Labor, Department of State.
