Sec. 116. Notwithstanding Public Law 105–178, section 5208(d), Intelligent Transportation Systems appropriations for—(1) Wausau-Stevens Point-Wisconsin Rapids, Wisconsin, in Public Law 105–277 and Public Law 106–69 shall be available for use in the counties of Ashland, Barron, Bayfield, Burnett, Chippewa, Douglas, Iron, Lincoln, Marathon, Polk, Portage, Price, Rusk, Sawyer, Taylor, Washburn, Wood, Clark, Langlade, and Oneida; and(2) the City of Superior and Douglas County, Wisconsin, in Public Law 106–69 shall be available for use in the City of Superior and northern Wisconsin.
