Sec. 119. The Secretary of the Army, acting through the Chief of Engineers, is directed to use any remaining available funds 118 STAT. 440 from funds appropriated in Public Law 101–101 for the Hamlet City Lake, North Carolina, project to provide assistance in carrying out any authorized water-related infrastructure projects in Richmond County, North Carolina.
