SEC. 420A. ELIMINATION OF DISINCENTIVE TO RETURN-TO-WORK FOR CHILDHOOD DISABILITY BENEFICIARIES.(a) In General.—Section 202(d)(6)(B) of the Social Security Act (42 U.S.C. 402(d)(6)(B)) is amended—(1) by inserting “(i)” after “began”; and(2) by adding after “such disability,” the following: “or (ii) after the close of the 84th month following the month in which his most recent entitlement to child’s insurance benefits terminated because he ceased to be under such disability due to performance of substantial gainful activity,”. (b) Effective Date.—The amendments made by subsection (a) shall be effective with respect to benefits payable for months beginning with the 7th month that begins after the date of enactment of this Act.
