SEC. 128. SAGINAW CHIPPEWA TRIBAL COLLEGE. Section 532 of the Equity in Educational Land Grant Status Act of 1994 (7 U.S.C. 301 note; Public Law 103–382) is amended—(1) by redesignating paragraphs (22) through (31) as paragraphs (23) through (32), respectively; and(2) by inserting after paragraph (21) the following:“(22) Saginaw Chippewa Tribal College.”.
