SEC. 609. DEFINITION OF VEHICLE. Section 1993(c) of title 18, United States Code, is amended—(1) in paragraph (7), by striking “and” at the end;(2) in paragraph (8), by striking the period at the end and inserting “; and”; and(3) by adding at the end the following:“(9) the term ‘vehicle’ means any carriage or other contrivance used, or capable of being used, as a means of transportation on land, water, or through the air.”.
