Sec. 8095. The total amount appropriated or otherwise made available in this Act is hereby reduced by $500,000,000 to limit excessive growth in the procurement of advisory and assistance services, to be distributed as follows: “Operation and Maintenance, Army”, $25,000,000; “Operation and Maintenance, Defense-Wide”, $225,000,000; “Research, Development, Test and Evaluation, Army”, $50,000,000; and “Research, Development, Test and Evaluation, Defense-Wide”, $200,000,000.
