Sec. 8107. The amounts appropriated in title II of this Act are hereby reduced by $316,000,000 to reflect cash balance and rate stabilization adjustments in Department of Defense Working Capital Funds, as follows:(1) From “Operation and Maintenance, Navy”, $150,000,000.(2) From “Operation and Maintenance, Air Force”, $166,000,000.
