Sec. 8123. (a) The amount appropriated in title II for “Operation and Maintenance, Air Force” is hereby reduced by 118 STAT. 1000 $967,200,000 to reflect cash balance and rate stabilization adjustments in the Department of Defense Transportation Working Capital Fund.(b) Not later than 270 days after the date of the enactment of this Act, the Secretary of Defense shall transfer $967,200,000 from the Department of Defense Transportation Working Capital Fund to “Operation and Maintenance, Air Force” to offset the reduction made by subsection (a). The transfer required by this subsection is in addition to any other transfer authority provided to the Department of Defense.
