SEC. 402. DESCRIPTION OF PROPERTY. The property referred to in section 401 is a tract of land comprising approximately 63 acres, and improvements thereto, located in lots 25 and 48 of the 11th District, 3rd Section, Whitfield County, Georgia, as generally depicted in the legal description of the Cohutta Fish Hatchery contained in Appendix A of the Memorandum of Agreement between the United States Fish and Wildlife Service and the University of Georgia, Agreement No. 14–16–0004–83–926, dated September 29, 1983.
