CONVEYANCE OF FISH HATCHERY TO THE STATE OF WISCONSIN.
SEC. 407. CONVEYANCE OF FISH HATCHERY TO THE STATE OF WISCONSIN. Notwithstanding any other provision of law and within 180 days of the date of enactment of this Act, the Secretary of the Interior shall convey, without reimbursement, to the State of Wisconsin, all of the right, title, and interest, including the easements and water rights, of the United States in and to the fish hatchery property located in the Town of Lake Mills, Wisconsin, and known as the102 STAT. 3829 Lake Mills National Fish Hatchery, consisting of the land together with any improvements and related personal property thereon. The property conveyed by this Act shall be used by the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources as a part of the Wisconsin fishery resources management program and if it is used for any other purpose, title to such property shall revert to the United States.
