SEC. 613. BRIDGE ADMINISTRATION. Section 325(b) of the Department of Transportation and Related Agencies Appropriations Act, 1983 (Pub. L. 97–369; 96 Stat. 1765) is amended by striking “provides at least thirty feet of vertical clearance Columbia River datum and at least eighty feet of horizontal clearance, as” and inserting “is so”.
