SEC. 617. SENSE OF CONGRESS REGARDING TIMELY REVIEW AND ADJUSTMENT OF GREAT LAKES PILOTAGE RATES. It is the sense of the Congress that the Secretary of the department in which the Coast Guard is operating should, on a timely basis, review and adjust the rates payable under part 401 of title 46, Code of Federal Regulations, for services performed by United States registered pilots on the Great Lakes.
