SEC. 801. AUTHORIZATION OF APPROPRIATIONS. Section 11 of the Fish and Wildlife Conservation Act of 1980 (16 U.S.C. 2910) is amended by striking “and 1988.” and inserting in lieu thereof “1988, 1989, and 1990.”.
