Information Analysis and Infrastructure Protection management and administration For salaries and expenses of the immediate Office of the Under Secretary for Information Analysis and Infrastructure Protection and for management and administration of programs and activities, as authorized by title II of the Homeland Security Act of 2002 (6 U.S.C. 121 et seq.), $132,064,000: Provided, That not to exceed $5,000 shall be for official reception and representation expenses. Assessments and Evaluations For necessary expenses for information analysis and infrastructure protection as authorized by title II of the Homeland Security Act of 2002 (6 U.S.C. 121 et seq.), $761,644,000, to remain available until September 30, 2006: Provided, That the Under Secretary for Information Analysis and Infrastructure Protection shall submit a report at the end of each quarter of the fiscal year to the Committees on Appropriations of the Senate and the House of Representatives on each sole-source contractual agreement entered into 118 STAT. 1315 through the commitment of amounts available from funds appropriated under this heading by this or previous appropriations Acts, including the amount, recipient and purpose of the agreement.
