Federal Payment for Bioterrorism and Forensics Laboratory

Federal Payment for Bioterrorism and Forensics Laboratory For a Federal payment to the District of Columbia, $8,000,000, to remain available until September 30, 2006, for design, planning, and procurement costs associated with the construction of a bioterrorism and forensics laboratory: Provided, That the District of Columbia shall provide an additional $2,300,000 with local funds as a condition of receiving this payment.
