DEFINITIONS.

SEC. 102. DEFINITIONS. Section 4 of the Earthquake Hazards Reduction Act of 1977 (42 U.S.C. 7701 et seq.) is amended by adding at the end the following new paragraphs:“(8) The term ‘Interagency Coordinating Committee’ means the Interagency Coordinating Committee on Earthquake Hazards Reduction established under section 5(a).“(9) The term ‘Advisory Committee’ means the Advisory Committee established under section 5(a)(5).”.118 STAT. 1669
