SEC. 123. AMOUNT OF GRANT. Section 203 of the Child Abuse Prevention and Treatment Act (42 U.S.C. 5116b) is amended—(1) in subsection (b)(1)(B)—(A) by striking “as the amount leveraged by the State from private, State, or other non-Federal sources and directed through the” and inserting “as the amount of private, State or other non-Federal funds leveraged and directed through the currently designated”; (B) by striking “State lead agency” and inserting “State lead entity”; and(C) by striking “the lead agency” and inserting “the current lead entity”; and(2) in subsection (c)(2), by striking “subsection (a)” and inserting “subsection (b)”.
