SEC. 702. FUNDING FOR GRANTS FOR PLANNING AND GRANTS FOR ADMINISTRATIVE EXPENSES. (a) In General.—Title VII of the Public Works and Economic Development Act of 1965 (42 U.S.C. 3231 et seq.) is amended by adding at the end the following: “SEC. 704. FUNDING FOR GRANTS FOR PLANNING AND GRANTS FOR ADMINISTRATIVE EXPENSES. “Of the amounts made available under section 701 for each fiscal year, not less than $27,000,000 shall be made available for grants provided under section 203.” . (b) Conforming Amendment.—The table of contents contained in section 1(b) of the Public Works and Economic Development 118 STAT. 1772 Act of 1965 (42 U.S.C. 3121 note) is amended by inserting after the item relating to section 703 the following: “Sec. 704. Funding for grants for planning and grants for administrative expenses.”.
