SEC. 111. MULTIYEAR PROCUREMENT AUTHORITY FOR THE LIGHT WEIGHT 155-MILLIMETER HOWITZER PROGRAM. The Secretary of the Army and the Secretary of the Navy may, in accordance with section 2306b of title 10, United States Code, jointly enter into a multiyear contract, beginning with the fiscal year 2005 program year, for procurement of the light weight 155-millimeter howitzer.
