AMENDMENT TO MENTOR-PROTEGE PROGRAM.

SEC. 842. AMENDMENT TO MENTOR-PROTEGE PROGRAM. Section 831(m)(2) of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 1991 (Public Law 101–510; 10 U.S.C. 2302 note) is amended—(1) in subparagraph (D), by striking “or” at the end;(2) in subparagraph (E), by striking the period at the end and inserting a semicolon; and(3) by adding at the end the following:“(F) a small business concern owned and controlled by service–disabled veterans (as defined in section 8(d)(3) of the Small Business Act); and“(G) a qualified HUBZone small business concern (as defined in section 3(p) of the Small Business Act).”.
