SEC. 711. OPPORTUNITY FOR YOUNG CHILD DEPENDENT OF DECEASED MEMBER TO BECOME ELIGIBLE FOR ENROLLMENT IN A TRICARE DENTAL PLAN. Section 1076a(k)(2) of title 10, United States Code, is amended—(1) by striking “under subsection (a) or” and inserting “under subsection (a),”; and(2) by inserting after “under subsection (f),” the following: “or is not enrolled because the dependent is a child under the minimum age for enrollment,”.
