SEC. 616. REDUCED SERVICE OBLIGATION FOR NURSES RECEIVING NURSE ACCESSION BONUS.(a) Period of Obligated Service.—Section 302d(a)(1) of title 37, United States Code, is amended by striking “four years” and inserting “three years”.(b) Effective Date.—The amendment made by subsection (a) shall apply with respect to agreements entered into under section 302d of title 37, United States Code, on or after the date of the enactment of this Act.
