PURPOSE.
SEC. 1501. PURPOSE. The purpose of this title is to authorize emergency appropriations for the Department of Defense for fiscal year 2005 to provide funds for additional costs due to Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation Enduring Freedom. Funds in this title are available upon the enactment of this Act.
