SEC. 2895. REPORT ON FEASIBILITY OF ESTABLISHMENT OF VETERANS MEMORIAL AT MARINE CORPS AIR STATION, EL TORO, CALIFORNIA. Not later than 30 days after the date of the enactment of this Act, the Secretary of the Navy shall submit to Congress a report on whether the anticipated future uses of the former Marine Corps Air Station, El Toro, California, by the City of Irvine, California, would permit the establishment and maintenance, at no 118 STAT. 2156 cost to the United States, of a veterans memorial at the former installation.
