SEC. 3102. DEFENSE ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT. Funds are hereby authorized to be appropriated to the Department of Energy for fiscal year 2005 for defense environmental management activities in carrying out programs necessary for national security in the amount of $6,957,307,000, to be allocated as follows:(1) For defense site acceleration completion, $5,970,837,000.(2) For defense environmental services, $986,470,000.
