SEC. 204. PROHIBITION ON COLLECTION OF COPAYMENTS FOR HOSPICE CARE. Section 1710B(c)(2) is amended—(1) by striking “or” at the end of subparagraph (A);(2) by redesignating subparagraph (B) as subparagraph (C); and(3) by inserting after subparagraph (A) the following new subparagraph (B):“(B) to a veteran being furnished hospice care under this section; or”.
