SEC. 419. TRANSFER OF JURISDICTION, GENERAL SERVICES ADMINISTRATION PROPERTY, BOISE, IDAHO.(a) Transfer.—The Administrator of General Services shall transfer to the Secretary of Veterans Affairs, under such terms 118 STAT. 2394 and conditions as the Administrator and the Secretary agree, jurisdiction, custody, and control over the parcel of real property, including any improvements thereon, consisting of approximately 2.3 acres located at the General Services Administration facility immediately north of the Army Reserve facility in Boise, Idaho.(b) Utilization.—The Secretary of Veterans Affairs shall utilize the property transferred under subsection (a) for purposes relating to the delivery of benefits to veterans.
