FINDINGS.
SEC. 201. FINDINGS. Congress finds that—(1) public land in the County contains unique and spectacular natural resources, including—(A) priceless habitat for numerous species of plants and wildlife; and(B) thousands of acres of land that remain in a natural state; and(2) continued preservation of those areas would benefit the County and all of the United States by—(A) ensuring the conservation of ecologically diverse habitat;(B) protecting prehistoric cultural resources;(C) conserving primitive recreational resources; and(D) protecting air and water quality.
