SEC. 1212. WAKIL XL. Subchapter II of chapter 99 is amended by inserting in numerical sequence the following new heading: “9902.02.04Mixtures of (R)-2-[(2,6-dimethylphenyl-methoxy)acetyl-amino]propionic acid, methyl ester (mefenoxam) (CAS No. 70630–17–0), 4-(2,2-difluoro-1,3-benzodioxol-4-yl)-1H-pyrrole-3-carbonitrile (fludioxonil) (CAS No. 131341–86–1), and 2-cyano-2-methoxyimino-N-(ethylcarbam-oyl)acetamide (cymoxanil) (CAS No. 57966–95–7) with application adjuvants (the foregoing mixtures provided for in subheading 3808.20.15)FreeNo changeNo changeOn or before 12/31/2006 ”.
