SEC. 1217. MIXTURES OF LAMBDA-CYHALOTHRIN. Subchapter II of chapter 99 is amended by inserting in numerical sequence the following new heading: “9902.02.09Mixtures of cyhalothrin (cyclopropanecarboxylic acid, 3-(2-chloro-3,3,3-trifluoro-1-propenyl)-2,2-dimethyl-, cyano(3-phenoxyphenyl)-methyl ester, [1.alpha.
