SEC. 5001. REFERENCE TO CUSTOMS SERVICE. Except as otherwise expressly provided, any reference in this Act to the “United States Customs Service” or the “Customs Service” 118 STAT. 2605 shall be considered to be a reference to the “Bureau of Customs and Border Protection” of the Department of Homeland Security.
