Sec. 797. Section 1238Q of the Food Security Act of 1985 is amended—(1) in subsection (a), by striking “permit” and inserting “transfer title of ownership to an easement under this subchapter to”; and(2) by striking subsection (d) and inserting the following new subsection:“(d) Transfer of Title of Ownership of Easement.—Reversion—If a private organization or State agency holding an easement on land under this subchapter dissolves or fails to enforce the terms of the easement, the easement shall revert to the Secretary.”.
