Sec. 305. Within 90 days of enactment of this Act, the Administrative Office of the U.S. Courts shall submit to the Committees on Appropriations a comprehensive financial plan for the Judiciary allocating all sources of available funds including appropriations, 118 STAT. 2895 fee collections, and carryover balances, to include a separate and detailed plan for the Judiciary Information Technology fund.
