Sec. 307. (a) Section 1914(a) of title 28, United States Code, is amended by striking “$150” and inserting “$250”.(b) Section 1931(a) of title 28, United States Code, is amended—(1) in subsection (a) by striking “$90” and inserting “$190”; and(2) in subsection (b)—(A) by striking “$150” and inserting “$250”; and (B) by striking “$90” and inserting “$190”.(c) This section shall take effect 60 days after the date of the enactment of this Act.
