Sec. 215. Section 402(f) of Public Law 107–372 is amended—(1) in paragraph (1), by striking “All right” and inserting “For the period ending April 3, 2008, all right”; and(2) in paragraph (3), by inserting “for the period ending April 3, 2008” after “and annually thereafter”.
