Sec. 123. The Prison Rape Elimination Act of 2003 is amended—(1) in section 7—(A) in the heading by striking “reduction” and inserting “elimination”; and(B) in subsection (a) by striking “Reduction” and inserting “Elimination”; and(2) in section 1(b), by striking “Reduction” in the item relating to section 7 and inserting “Elimination”.
