Sec. 125. (a) The Attorney General shall transfer, without reimbursement, to the Secretary of the Army a parcel of real property, including any improvements thereon, consisting of approximately 57.8 acres located on River Road in Prince George County, Virginia. The real property is currently under the administrative jurisdiction of the Bureau of Prisons. Upon transfer of the real property under this subsection, the Secretary of the Army shall assume administrative and jurisdictional accountability over property and include the property as part of Fort Lee, Virginia.(b) The exact acreage and legal description of the real property to be transferred under subsection (a) shall be determined by a survey satisfactory to the Secretary of the Army.
