Sec. 506. Voting Method for Delta Regional Authority. Section 382B(c)(1) of the Consolidated Farm and Rural Development Act (7 U.S.C. 2009aa–1(c)(1)) is amended—(1) in subparagraph (A), by striking “2004” and inserting “2008”; and(2) in subparagraph (B), by striking “2005” and inserting “2009”.
