Sec. 134. Section 702(b)(2) of Public Law 107–282 (116 Stat. 2013) is amended by striking “that if the land” and all that follows through “conveyed by the Foundation.” and inserting the following: 118 STAT. 3068 “that provides that (except in a case in which the proceeds of a lease are provided to the Foundation to carry out the purposes for which the Foundation was established), if the land described in paragraph (3) is sold, leased, or otherwise conveyed by the Foundation—”.
