Institute of Education Sciences For carrying out activities authorized by the Education Sciences Reform Act of 2002, as amended, The National Assessment of Educational Progress Authorization Act, and section 208 of the Educational Technical Assistance Act of 2002, $527,453,000: Provided, That, of the amount appropriated, $190,518,000 shall be available for obligation until September 30, 2006: Provided further, That $83,774,000 shall be for research and innovation in special education authorized under section 177 of the Education Science Reform Act, as amended: Provided further, That $10,623,000 of the funds for section 177 of the Act shall be available for the 118 STAT. 3150 projects and in the amounts specified in the statement of the managers of the conference report accompanying this Act.
