Sec. 103. Contract For Exercise Facility. (a) In General.—The Chief Administrative Officer of the House of Representatives shall enter into a contract on a competitive basis with a private entity for the management, operation, and maintenance of the exercise facility established for the use of employees of the House of Representatives which is constructed with funds made available under this Act.(b) Use of Fees to Support Contract.—Any amounts paid as fees for the use of the exercise facility described in subsection (a) shall be used to cover costs incurred by the Chief Administrative Officer under the contract entered into under this section or to 118 STAT. 3175 otherwise support the management, operation, and maintenance of the facility, and shall remain available until expended.
