Expansion of Open World Leadership Countries.—

Sec. 1501. Expansion of Open World Leadership Countries.—Section 313(j) of the Legislative Branch Appropriations Act, 2001 (2 U.S.C. 1151(j)) is amended—(1) in paragraph (1), by striking “and” after the semicolon;(2) in paragraph (2), by striking the period and inserting “; and”; and(3) by adding at the end the following:“(3) any other country that is designated by the Board, except that the Board shall notify the Committees on Appropriations of the Senate and the House of Representatives of the designation at least 90 days before the designation is to take effect.”.
