Sec. 124. Of the funds made available under the heading “Construction, minor projects” in chapter 11 of division B of the Military Construction Appropriations and Emergency Hurricane Supplemental Appropriations Act, 2005, Public Law 108–324, the Secretary of Veterans Affairs may transfer up to $19,800,000 to the “Medical Facilities” account for non-recurring maintenance expenses related to hurricane and tropical storm damage. 118 STAT. 3295
